I was considering doing a homebrew out of my apartment. I've never done it before, I know no chemistry, and have zero equipment. My questions are: 1) is there a simple, easy-to-make but really good homebrew recipe that you know of and could recommend, and 2) what do I need equipment-wise to make it?
