The bottle says drink at 37°F tried it both ways and not worth it like most beer because it loses it’s flavor. Drink it chilled not cold. It’s much better.

Appearance: A nice clear Amber color. Good thick white head and stayed there a while leaving a good lacing that never leaves.

Aroma: Not a strong smell. It’s a balanced malt, hops, citrus flavor.

Taste: Not what you would normally taste in a winter beer. Seems balanced and light for a winter beer like its color. Kinda like Fat tire. A slight citrus taste and then a bit hoppy, and a little malty with a little winter spice. Nothing really takes over, just tastes good. Again its balanced. Flavor doesn’t stay long, but the after taste leaves a little sweet taste leaving you wanting more. Hides the alcohol too well.

One or six?: I wish I could only drink 1, but you can’t just stop

Overall: 8.25/10 Not your tradition winter beer like most with chocolate or caramel or very dark but that doesn’t matter. Its good. Try it, you’ll probably like it and drink too much of it because its stronger then you think.
